Our delivery options:

  • $9 on orders within NZ for orders below $80 that are not Rural Delivery
  • $12 for all orders to Rural Delivery addresses. (as judged by NZ Post)
  • Free delivery for NZ orders above $80.
  • US$25 fixed rate shipping on USA orders.
  • UK£19 fixed rate shipping on United Kingdom orders.
  • SGD$19 fixed rate shipping on Singapore orders
  • AU$19 fixed rate shipping on Australian orders
  • All New Zealand orders travel with NZ Post or Aramex couriers.
  • All international orders travel with NZ Post.
  • All structured caps are shipped in boxes to protect the cap. Tees and soft caps ship in courier satchels.

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand

We know you're super excited to get your new MNTN gear so we dispatch orders within 1-2 days of your order being received. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.

We have all experienced bad weather events with all freight companies / NZ Post can experience the odd delay to some areas. With this in mind indicative delivery times at this time (September 2026) are as follows:

  • North Island orders: 2-4 working days.
  • South Island orders: 1-3 working days.
  • Rural delivery / remote locations can take a little longer so please allow at least one week for arrival.

Orders will be picked, packed & processed Monday - Friday

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES TO AUSTRALIA

We dispatch orders within 1-2 days of your order being received. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.

Once your order has been processed, indicative delivery times are as follows:

  • 7-10 days is expected
  • Rural delivery or remote locations can take a little longer at this time so please allow up to two weeks. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

All parcels are shipped standard post without detailed tracking due to the very high tracking cost (for example, NZ Post is $100+ for one cap tracked to the USA in a small box) Shipping normally takes between 7-14 days for most locations.

Your order will come with a basic tracking number which will show the parcel leaving New Zealand and then arriving in your country and no further detail as it's transferred to your local country postal service. To date we have not lost a parcel, either domestic or international.
